Festival of the Lights in Osaka
Aiming to increase Osaka's appeal as a destination, the Osaka Convention & Tourism Bureau works alongside local Osaka authorities and organizations in running the Festival of the Lights in Osaka, of which the major programs are the Midosuji Illuminations and the Osaka Hikari-Renaissance.
